Prospective PCI students may make application
for admission to the School at any time. Generally, it is recommended
that individuals interested in the Medical Office Assistant Program
or other training programs offered by the school make application well
in advance of their expected start dates to ensure availability of preferred
class times.
Admission Requirements
-
All prospective students should currently
possess a High School Diploma or GED Certificate. Individuals that
are beyond the compulsory age of attendance and do not have a High
School Diploma or equivalent may be accepted for admission by passing
a U.S. Department of Education approved examination. Note: School
policies require students to have a High School Diploma or GED for
admittance to the Psychiatric Assistant and Patient Care Technician
Programs.
-
All prospective students should contact
the school to schedule a private interview with a PCI Admissions
Representative and take a guided tour of the campus and its facilities.
Pre-Admission interview times are available during the day and evening
or by appointment.
-
Students that desire to pursue training
programs at PCI will be required to complete a School enrollment
agreement and meet with the Financial Aid Office to arrange school
tuition payment and financing options.
-
Once a prospective student has completed
the above requirements his or her application for admission is sent
to the PCI School Director for approval.
